Well, here it is. My first big break. I'm published now on the Springfield News-Leader. Yes, I know...I owe everyone an article on Maryland law concerning pandemic health emergencies. I am writing this article now, and hopefully it should be finished in the next few days.
"The proposed legislative oversight of MIAC, the Missouri Information and Analysis Center, is a national issue. Its "Modern Militia Movement" report was undoubtedly distributed to other fusion centers around the country, as well as to federal agencies such as the FBI and DHS, who are partner agencies to other fusion centers. These centers were formed shortly after the release of the 9/11 report and were charged with the responsibility of gathering and sharing information concerning potential terrorists."
